485 pending, with H1 transfer,can I work for contract position?
-If you get RFE for your employment status, your i-485 may be affected unless your employer will change your contract position to a permanent one.

what kind of document I need for GC sponsor?
-You do not need any documents from your old employer (I-140 sponsor) for the employer/job change.
