偶朋友现在遇到麻烦问题了。自己刚拿到绿卡，配偶还在国内，不过他们的婚姻是在在朋友递交485前。朋友申请的是eb1b类别。现在朋友怎么替他配偶申请绿卡，一般时间多长？
-If your friend's spouse can not get a B2 visa to come to U.S., he/she can use consular processing to get the immigration visa (green card) by doing follow-to-join. It usually takes several months to one year to get the grre card.
如果请律师操作的话，要多少米？
-Try to it by him/herself. It is a simple procedure.
