偶朋友现在遇到麻烦问题了。自己刚拿到绿卡，配偶还在国内，不过他们的婚姻是在在朋友递交485前。朋友申请的是eb1b类别。现在朋友怎么替他配偶申请绿卡，一般时间多长？
