据我了解，毕业后60天之内仍可以申请opt,但我们学校的IA 一定要我毕业签申请，这是什么道理？
-Your school is right. You have to apply for OPT up to 90 days before you graduate (finish your study program).

另外，毕业后和opt 开始之前的gap,I-20 必须有效吗？
-The school will make a note in your I-20 to extend your I-20 for the OPT and you can stay legally to wait for the OPT approval.
