说起来丢人，最近发现LP有了外遇，愤怒，郁闷，想惩罚一下那小子，却不知该怎么办。有哥们建议我给移民局写信告他，我是公民，LP 绿卡，我知道他现在485 PENDING，只有他的姓名，没有他的RECEIPT#，A #，移民局会因为他破坏别人的家庭不给他绿卡吗？我有他们之间的EMAIL，能算有力证据吗？

还有朋友建议到他公司去告他，美国老板会管这种事吗？
