有没有时间限制? 多长时间必须file

2是不是还是会合并到我wife那个EB1B的case?

3再请问relink需要什么材料?
-Copies of your wife'I-140 receipt/approval notice, your I-485 receipt, marriage certificate and the cover letter indicating you want to relink your previous i-485 to your wife I-140.
4 我wife的140先地道NSC, 在被转到TSC.processing and got approved,My I485 is pending at TSC, 请问我女儿的递哪边比较好??
