我以为最近有事要回中国超过1年多，所以申请了回美证，我想问一下回美证是申请下来就开始生效，还是从我开始回中国开始算起的。

另外我如果超过一年回去美国的话，这个回美证是不是用了一次以后就没有效用了？而如果我不到一年就回美国的话，那么这个回美证是不是还可以留到下次再用，请高手解答一下，
