我现在是h1b，老婆h4，刚办了h1b 在pending，我广告打完，perm刚递，现在要被lay off，但过一段时间可能还能被回顾用。

我能不能暂时转成f1，挂个身份呢，
-I do not suggest you to change of status F1 now, but wait for your wife becomes H1 and then, you may change your H1 to H4 if your unemployment for a longer time, and then change back to H1 when you have the job again.

办了perm对转f1有影响吗？

-No, if you will still work for the same employer later, your PERM still be effective.
我老婆如果转成f1 or f2， 会不会是被认为自动取消h1b，
-Yes, if F1 is approved after H1 approval.
