我的问题是，140 eb1a 已经批准2年，由于个人原因回国了，美国的工作也已经辞掉。人在中国，还能递交824表拿到绿卡马，还是140已经无效了。
我看了关于824表的说明，再填写“填写824标的原因”处，我没有找到适合我的情况。请问863211老师，我这种情况能通过什莫途径完成身份转换，还是说跟本就不行了。基于我自己的理解，我以为拿上我的140批准书，到广州使馆就可以解决了，可是现在看来好像不是这样，但为啥我也看到了一个律师写，能帮助140批准但身在中国的人拿到绿卡呢？这种情况是不是与824表有关呢，
-Your I-140 are always valid. You can use consular processing to get your green card in China (Guangzhou U.S. Consulate), but you need to have a U.S. employer to offer a job in your area when you get interviewed for the immigration visa.
