I just want to confirm with you that for my hu*****and (as a beneficiary), does he need to supply "no crime recorder notation" and "tax return form"? We jointly fill the tax return during the last two year while he was in China. According to my lawyer, I don't need "no crime recorder notation", he need "no crime recorder notation". Both of us need to supply W2 and tax return.
