1. 在没有收到 I-485 的denial notice 之前，我太太是不是还能用EAD工作？
-As long as she does not receive the I-485 denial notice yet, she can work with EAD.
这一点不对，如果你的I-140被拒绝了，你们两个人的485和EAD都不成立了。她必须马上停止使用EAD.

如果不能，她需要做什么来转换回H4？
-She can go out side of U.S. to get an H4 visa to get the H4 status as long as your H1 status is valid.

2. 如果我们要file MTR, 是不是要同时file 3 份 (140 + 2 份 485)? 我太太是不是在她的485 MTR 送出后就又可以继续用她的EAD了？
-Just need to file one I-140 MTR if both of you do not reeive the I-485 denial notice yet (email, mail or online).
