还有一问题， perm在第六年申请， 被audit， 还能申请第七年延期吗？因为labor certification pending不到一年。
-No. Perm or I-140 must be filed at least one year before the six year h1 expires or I-140 is approved to be qualified for the H1 extension beyond the six-year H1 limitation.
