PJiang Help!!! Premimu Processing

PJiang 和其他大侠们,

Please help. We filed I-140 under NIW category in October 2008 and it is still pending. We want to file another I-140 under EB1A using Premium Processing recently. We are very confused now. Some people said we can't file a second I-140 using PP while the first I140 is pending. Some people said we can.

The other question is about e-file and premium processing. Can we e-file I-140 first and send the I-907 later with the supporting documents?
