"This case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case." What does this mean?
-That means TSC will never process your case, but transferred it to NSC and NSC will process your case and make a decision there. Most likely because you had the NIW cases in NSC, TSC transferred your EB1 cases to NSC so that NSC will deal with both cases and approve one (e.g. EB1) and deny another (NIW).
