Is it legible if my current employer revokes my 140?

Thank you very much for your input. Is it legible if my current employer revokes my 140 even my 485 pending over 180 days? I was interested in a new opening and I am going to have the second round job interview in the next week (the same title but senior in a different company). What kind of risk could I face? In the early of this month, I got another REF from a local INS Office. The local INS Office asked me which 140 I wanted to take. I replied I wanted EB2-NIW 140.
