我是副申请人，i-485自从去年交后一直pending, 今年4月份辞了工作 （h1b)，身份自动转成 AOS, 5月份回国， 回国时还没拿到AP， 结果AP 的批准时间比我的回国日期晚了3 天， AP就无效了是吗？
-Technically, the AP is invalid, and your I-485 will be invalid also. But practically, everything may still be OK, depending on how serious USCIS will be.
是不是绿卡申请也就无效了，被拒后， 该怎么办呢? I-485 还可以再次递交吗？
