485 REF

刚接到485 REF,要我submit a current letter from the applicant's employer, in company letterhead, attesting to the applicant's job offer or continued employment, the applicant specific duties, and level of compensation.

我是PERM,I-140是06年5月approved的。07 年7月递的485。08年12月换的雇主。我的问题是：
1，我要不要在回复的cover letter 之中解释换雇主一事并引用AC21.
2,除了employment letter, 我是不是要付上paystubs.
3,我的job duties 和原来一样，title 相似。但salary 是以前的2.5倍。这会不会找麻烦？
