I-485被拒了~ 怎麽办?

我的I-485被拒原因为 you are in removal proceedings before the Immigration Judge Pursuant to Section 237 (a)(1)(D)(i) of the INA。但是我在2008年3月旧绿卡到期前就离开美国(因为离婚), 直到2009年2月才用观光签证入境, 之後跟美国公民结婚, 於4月份递交I-485. 我用B1合法入境, 请问我该填I-290B, motion to reopen吗? 我在绿卡到期前已经离境, 这样还是会被place in removal proceedings吗?
