怕如果用EAD 上班,万一485被拒的时候,公司再帮我申请H1B的时候, 没有名额了.
-Not true. If your I-485 is denied, your employer can apply for the H1 status for you, and you do not need to get a new H1 quote because you got the H1 status before you used EAD.
