我先生的485是2007年7月递的(priority date是２００７年５月）,11月打完指纹后就一直没有消息了.现在他在美国的公司希望他到北京负责成立办事处,工资和一切待遇都在美国保留.请问如果回去工作,会影响在美国的485申请吗?
-If he plan to work for more than one year in China, he has to change his I-485 to Consulate processing to get his green card in China. If he plan to work less than one year, he may just get an AP to China and come back to US before the AP expires so that his I-485 will still work.
如何才能保留我们的申请有效?是否我们需要每年至少在美国居住一定时间?
