I am holding a TN visa, just got layoff and haven't found a new job yet.
Does anybody know if I can still stay in US, or I have to go back to Canada right away?
-After you were laid off, technically your TN is invalid (out of status), but you still can stay in U.S. legally until your I-94 expires.
