B2是探亲签证，通常只给6个月，就是说你们只能在美国合法停留6个月，可以延期，但一般最多给1年。真的不明白为什么把好好的H1B转成B2, 你原本可以重找一家公司，只要transfer你的H1B就可以了的。Anyway, 已经这样了，你最好找个好律师咨询一下。
