NIW 485 REF, 要EVL，关于terms and conditions的问题
2007 July filler, NIW, 已经不在以前的公司工作，现在收到485 RFE, 要求提供雇用证明信，现在有几个问题想请教皮老师和诸位：
１. 要求在信里注明whether the terms and conditions of you employment-based visa petition(or labor certification) continue to exist.
我是NIW，自己申请的，现在的雇主和以前的雇主已经绿卡申请完全没有关系，如何能要求雇主在信里说明这个要求？针对NIW，这个terms and conditions 指的是什么。
-Just ask your current employer to provide a letter indicating your current position title, job responsibilities, salary, job start date, etc. and also indicating this position is permenant (or no specific term and renewable, etc.).
２. 看到有的帖子说，在cover letter 里面注明terms and conditions没有改变，不知是否可行？
