罕见案例，请求帮助

2007年7月eb2 filler 收到 Refs，要求提供现在雇主或者是future雇主的支持信.

本人情况是，

2008年1月被layoff后，立刻回中国。现在人在国内，可以以depengdent身份8月份回到美国，请问如何回复这个refs, 拿到绿卡。
