485 Soft LUD after card ordered and approval sent

We received “card production ordered” email about 2 weeks ago on our 485, and a week later another email with “approval notice sent”. We still have not received our cards yet. There was a soft LUD today. What might the latest LUD mean? Getting a little worried. Thanks!
