公民申请国内已婚哥哥移民的问题

我是公民，申请国内的哥哥移民（已婚）。

2005 年交的申请，今年五月份收到移民局的信，说已经approved，并且petition已经transafer 到 National Visa Center。我们非常震惊。因为听说这类移民都要等十几年的。。

我哥哥那边并有ready. 有没有办法拖？

如果办的话，从现在到拿到签证，一般而言，还要等多久？
