1.我05年4月拿的绿卡.请问最快什么时候可以申请公民?
-You can file the application in Jan. 2010.
2.我父母的B2签证快到期了,我想留他们在身边,请问他们身份黑了以后,会影响以后我帮他们办绿卡吗?
-No problem, as long as USCIS does not catch them physically after their B2 expiration and before they file I-485..
