1. 如果找到工作,还可以用以前的H1B转成新的H1B吗?
-Techncally, ye. But you most likely need to go out of U.S. to get an H1 visa to activate your H1. The problem is your current status is AO, not H1, so if you go out of U.S. to get the H1 visa, your I-485 will be affected. Therefore I sugest you use EAD to work if you find a new job.
以前的H1B于3月份到期了, 是否占用名额?
-No占用名额.
如果一直没有找到工作,在485裁定的时候,是否有侥幸的机会不被RFE而APPROVE绿卡?
