How long will it take normally for renew H1B in normal processing track?
-Normally two to three months. But you still can do the Premium processing if you have the receipt now. You just need to ask your employer to file the Form I-907 and encolsed the H1 petition receipt and a check of $1000.00, and you will get the H1 petition approved within 15 days.
