急需回中国。
刚从中国来， 上海领馆给的签证到８月中旬 还有一次入境。 但，I－７９７的H１B到７月７日过期，更新H１B还没有下来。
这种情况可以回中国吗？
-You need to renew your H1 and get it approved (using premium processing you can get it approved in 15 days), and then you can come back with the visa before it expires (８月中旬). You can go to China first and ask someone send the H1 approval notice to you if you want.
