. 765表（上面写的是申请而不是renew,没有A#,用的是I-94#）
2. 2张照片
3. 护照复印件（因为没有旧卡也没有批准信，485 receipt也没有，在律师手里）
4. $340支票
我不太确定是不是就这几样，请大家看一下，还有别的需要的吗？
-You need to ask your lawyer to give you a copy of the I-485 receipt and provide it with your EAD application. Also find the A# from the I-485 receipt and fill it in the I-765.
