1。副申请人的OPT快过期了，准备转H4。我们的485是副申请人转H4后递交呢，还是什么时候都没关系？
-you can file I-485 anytime. No difference.
2。可不可以递交485后，副申请人再转H4?
-Yes.
3。我是H1B,以前的I-20s都需要递交吗？副申请人是F1,应该交I-20吧？
-provide all the documents showing both of you are lawful presence in U.S., e.g. I-20, visa, OPT EAD, I-94 cards, h1 approval notice, etc.
