被RFE EAD, I94 和797 approval notices 后,是否就上架了?谢谢!

本人是,H1B. EB3 priority date 09/2004. I140批准, 485pending超180天, 6/24/09: 老板通知Laid-off. 但是正式离开公司时间为为7/29/09. 6/25/09: 收到USCIS的EMAIL 通知需要补充材料.信件6/24/09 寄出. 公司还为REVOKE我的CASE.

RFE信中要求
1. Emplyment authorization documents (forms I-688 or I766)
2. Form I797 approval notices, showing you were granted status in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant classification; and/or
3 copies of form I94 arrival/departure records showing you were admitted to the US in an employment-authorized nonimmigration status.

我的理解1. 是EAD卡. 2,是不140和H1B 797 批准通知及I94卡, 对于要求3, 律师要求从2002年到现在所有I94卡. 我只找到了部分I94 卡.

我的问题是,
1. 我以上的理解对不对, 没有所有的I94卡会是问题吗?
2. 过了这关后, 还会被查雇佣证明和其他RFE吗? 是不是这次过了就等于上架了,只等排期了.
