那使用的EAD的话，USCIS的记录里我还是H1B?
-Yes. they will know it until your I-485 processing.

（因为我的H1B还没到期）那自从使用EAD开始到H1B到期中间过程发生上面#1或者#2，HR还会向USCIS报告么？
-Up to them. It is possible they will report it.
