刚发现H4没有和LD的H1一起延期。H1 仍有效之2011。
H4 过期(12/31/2008)几乎半年，是否还能在国内签H4？风险多高？加拿大签是否可
行？
-You can not go out of U.S. without AP. Otherwise, your I-485 will be invalid. Your status is AOS now and you do not worry about that. If your I-485 is denied, you can go out of U.S. to get an H4 visa to get back to h4 status. But you have to stay in AOS at present.
