NIW I-140 and I-485 07年7月同时递交， I-140 08年批准；
雇主A于09年4月递交EB1b I-140， 刚被批；现递交 relink I-485到EB1b的 I-140；
将于9月去新雇主B上班， 请问， 这样的I-485是否满足AC21的180天要求而port到新雇主？
-USCIS has no such explaination. I personally do not think you can do that using EB1B. If your current employer who sponsored your EB1B withdraw the approved I-140, I think your I-485 relink may be invalid.
