H-1B visa application question

One item in the checklist for H-1B application list is:
Copies of degree certificates and transcripts or mark sheets (USA & Abroad)

I got my master and bachelor degree in China. Do I need to provide transcripts for my master and bachelor in China? I do have degree certificates, but providing transcripts are too difficult, i need to contact my original university.

What should I do? thanks a lot!
