我 现 在 的 情 况 是 ：
用H1工作 ，EAD作为Backup。
I-140已经批准，I-485在排期等批过程中。
国内朋友的公司想让我在这边注册一个公司来做点业务，不知道这样会不会影响我绿卡的批准?
-You can do that without affecting your I-485 as long as you are not an employee in your company, but the owner.
