How could she transfer the J1 to F1, is there any problem for the transfer? Her current J1 visa is not subject to the two-years residence requirement.
-It is fine for her to change her status form j1 to f1 within U.S. because Her current J1 visa is not subject to the two-years residence requirement. Just find a school to get the I-20 and the International Student office in that school will tell her how to do.
