I just received my Labor Certificate. However, I faced some problem with my work. I'm currently facing several options for the next step. 1. Transfer from H1B to F1 (I already filed the request). 2. Continue on filing I-140, I-485 (Canceled the request) if company allows. Filing I-140,I-485 after my status being changed to F1.

Personally I like to continue on filing I-140, I-485 but I don't know how long it's going to take to get approval. To me more time means more money. Thank you if any of you can give some advice.
