我LP现在OPT,下个月就失效了。前几个月一直在一家公司工作，H-1已经批准。但由于老板比较变态，忍无可忍辞职了，现在一个学校做part time tutor维持OPT。我现在H1-B,想在OPT失效之前把她转成H-4。

她的EAD是7月10号到期，但由于她新批准的H1，系统里包括最新的I-20表， 她的F1已经延期到9月30日。现在填I-539表，F1 expire 的日期到底填哪个呢？
-July 10 is the F1 expiration date if she does not want to take any course in the fall semester. So, she need to file the h4 application before July 10 (had better send the application out at the end of June, just in case).
