我的情况是这样的:
2004年公司A帮我递RIR LC, 2007年. 批准但我2005年已经离开公司A了. 现在的公司B帮我递了PERM LC, 那等我的公司B的PERM,140批准后, 我能不能用公司A的PD?
-No. Only if the I-140 sponsored by Company A is approved, you can use the PD of Compnay A as the PD for Company B. But your case was not like that.
