兄姐移民，请教高人

我是公民，2003年申请（填I- 130表）哥哥和姐姐来美。 今天收到移民局信让补哥哥的件。1 : the marriage certificate for the marriage between petitioner/beneficiary and spouse. 2: the birth certificate for petitioner with certified translation. 3: 325 a for petitioner and beneficiary.
我的问题是： 当初申请时，我寄过我和我哥的出生证， 都是复印件。现在我需要寄我的出生证原件吗？为什么没有要我哥的出生证？另外结婚证为什么非要我的以及我哥的，我当初没有寄过，难到也要原件？
