在办绿卡的第一步,今年五月刚拿到PHD,但是去年二月开始工作的,去年10月答辩通过,因为忘交了一份材料,才耽误到今年五月.问广告中的学历要求可不可以是现在的degree而不是在工作前的degree.也就是在工作广告上是不是可以写required PHD degree.我知道工作经验一定是在工作前的.但degree是不是不一样,恳请明白的人指点,谢谢!
