1. 如果我们把H1 TRANSFER 过新公司,是不是要交纳所有的相当于申请新H1所有的费用?
-Yes.

2.到9月底,H1延长时,公司是不是又要交除了打假费之外的所有费用?
-Yes.
3.我们能不能重新申请一个新的H1,这样是不是可以避免在短短四个月内要交重复的费用?
-If your do H1 transfer before your cuurent H1 status expires, you do not need to ask your current employer to file the h1 extension petition. Thus, only your new employer needs to pay the H1 transer petition filing fee.
4.再多余问一句,如果年薪达10万, 能不能以高薪来申请EB1第一类的移民(本人没有什么学术文章)
-No way, if you only use high salary as the reason.
