If you follow the OIA移民顾问 to do 1) or 2), you can apply for H1 visa (not J1) and then, you can apply for green card later. If you just apply for J1, F1 or B1/B2, you do not need to do anything. So, just talk to OIA移民顾问 or ask a lawyer to talk to him/her about that.
