Just got response fron one Senator today

Thank you! We did act too slowly regarding this issue. We just started looking for Senators recently. Today we heard from one Senate that USCIS just sent an order for new fingerorints and we would be scheduled for an interview within 3 months. They were not able to tell if the background check is cleared. Now, the VB will go back to 2000 in July, who knows our cases will be postponed to when. We are thinking about law suit (WOM), but not sure if now it is the time to do it.
