父母在美国B2签证，能不能申请加拿大旅游签证？但I94已经递交了。。。

父母是去年11月来的，在5月的时候我已经帮他们递交了B2延期申请，所以他们护照上的I94没了，这样的话能申请加拿大旅游签证吗？
