Questions:Landing in Vancouver

Hi,

I hold a valid H1B and I94 and just got my Canada landing documnets. I am going to drive to Vancouver on 11/22/03 and drive back on 11/25

1. I want to make an appointment for applying H1B Visa in person on 11/26, just in case I have trouble re-entering US with H1B and I94 withing 30 days. My questions is, when I make the appointment online, should I use my address in US, or my future address in Canada?

2. During the H1B visa interview, if the officer asks me why I apply US visa only two days after landing, what is the reasonable explanation. I don't have any ties to Canada, what suggestions can you give?

3. After landing in Canada, where do I apply for Health Card? I've searched through the web and couldn't find any info.

I really appreciate your help.
