How do you know it's about ability to pay? standard email won't have the reason of RFE, so you (or your lawyer) must have received a paper RFE talking about RFE?? The paper mail will list the three acceptable evidence (tax, annul report(for public trade company), or audited financail report) for the company to prove its ability to pay.
