this whole vb thing is bullshiiittt! if you use up this year's quota. just make it Unavailable! or just release the number of visa used so far. if it is more than 2800,we know it is done for this year. but moving this stupid vb back and forth by years is just siiiickkk!!!!! and stupidd!!!!!fcccck usicis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
